Alternating Reality Books offers the following Returns Policy:

All unopened items can be returned at the buyer's expense up to 7 days of sale for a full refund. Please remember to include your packing slip - it makes it easier to find your order and verify what was purchased. Anything after that becomes at the discretion of Alternating Reality Books, and usually for store credit.

If the package was opened, and the product generally abused, run through a blender, set on fire, accidentally dropped in a hot tub, used as a door mat, thrown against the wall by the three year old, or otherwise shows signs of excessive wear and abuse we will not take the product back. Even if you send it to us, sorry about that but taking care of your toys is an important part of collecting.

If the product has obvious manufacturers defects, been recalled, or otherwise deemed to be dangerous to life and limb because of manufacturing or government recall of course you get your money back when you send it back. If there is a recall we will do everything we can do to let you know via e-mail.

We hope you enjoy your toy or comic or book, that is what it should all be about, you getting something you want, something you will enjoy and something that you will use, read or play with.
